The opening day also included extraordinary Music & Food by Congolese, Greek, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi, Afghan, Italian and Nepalese refugee communities. Solomon Islander musicians Willie Mae and Stephen Xlowaki, Tanzanian/Burundi musician Joseph Nyabenda, and Samoan performance.
